The annual festival that celebrates the fruit of Goa through enriching experiences
Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa is celebrating its 15 year anniversary in 2017 and that’s not the only reason
to visit the sixth season of the annual harvest festival – the Cashew Trail from April 16 – 23, 2017. Embark
upon an engaging trail full of enriching experiences spread over a week at the picturesque resort in Goa this
April. Cashew Trail is an annual event that was conceptualized by Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa in
association with Madame Rosa Distillery in 2012. This event was curated to showcase the legacy of the fruit
of Goa – the cashew in its many forms and manifestations to the global audience so as to create another rare
and unique Park Hyatt experience. April is the ideal time for this unique celebration being the perfect harvest
season for cashews, showcasing the fruit in its true glory.
Celebrating its sixth season in April 2017, Cashew Trail has evolved manifold as an experiential event at
Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa drawing audiences and attendees from across the globe. The 2017 edition is
being curated in collaboration with Goa Tourism and Madam Rosa.
Below are the key events that have been planned for the 2017 edition in April.
VINTAGE CAR TRAIL & BEACHFRONT BRUNCH
Sunday, April 16, 2017 – 1100 – 1500 hours.
INR 1600 plus taxes for BRUNCH at Palms
Bringing alive the farm to table experience, the group of Vintage cars owners shall cover the route from
Madame Rosa Cashew Farm in Tivim to the hotel and officially inaugurate the sixth edition of Cashew Trail
over a delectable brunch with their families at Palms. Guests can join the Beachfront Brunch at Palms with
special Easter experiences.
ART at the Park

Join us for a unique celebration of 15 passionate artists from Goa in collaboration with Carpe Diem Art
Gallery. The exhibition will begin from Monday and remain for public viewing till Saturday April 22, 2017.
In celebration of the fifteen years of the Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, this thoughtfully curated art
experience will showcase 15 discerning artists and an array of art forms at the lower lobby. The artists
include Verodina Desousa, Ramdas Gadekar, Viraj Naik, Mohan Naik, Suhas Shilker, Norman Tagore, Raj
Bhandare, Rajendra Usapkar, Girish Gujar, Nirupa Naik, Katharina Poggendorf Kakar, Nandini Raikar,
Swapnesh Vaigankar, Veenita Chendvankar and Aadhi Vishal.
The exhibition will be open to the public between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm every day from the 17th till the 22nd
April, besides being open to guests at the hotel at other times of the day.
CULINARY CHALLENGE WITH HEIRLOOM RECIPES
Tuesday, April 18, 2017. 1430 – 1700 hours. By invitation only.
Six vibrant home chefs will showcase their family recipes perfected over generations and preserved with
love at an interactive cooking challenge in collaboration with the Goan Culinary Club. All these wonderful
recipes will have on common ingredient – the cashew. The chefs will be cooking at our Goan restaurant Casa
Sarita and the winner will get to exhibit their dish at the Cashew Trail brunch on Sunday, 23 April.
MORNING AQUA YOGA AND KIDS CASHEW CARNIVAL

Join us for a spirited Aqua Yoga session by the fun pool and fill your day with energetic vibes.

experience at Cashew Trail wherein a group of discerning connoisseurs enjoy the rare collection of the
choicest variants of Feni specially presented for the launch of Cashew Trail by Madame Rosa. The feni
appreciation class will be followed by exquisite cocktails & canapés.
